In 2018 we were asked to exhibit at Marketing Week Live and YMS. There was just one problem – one that comes to mind every time you picture a corporate marketing event.

The dreaded sales pitch that stalks marketing events, hides behind business cards and suffocates meaningful interaction.

Instead of selling ourselves short with complimentary crap and boring business babble, we exhibited the value exchanges that take place on social media every single day 
by giving away shares in the world’s most talked about cryptocurrency.

Our activation was simple: we commissioned a vintage claw machine to gamify the experience for visitors – all they had to do was tweet and were guaranteed an instant win.

The conversation generated 1.8 million impressions, a sentiment score of 88% joy and made Social Chain the most mentioned company on Twitter.
