You can now list open job roles on X – but there’s a catch
After testing the feature with select partners for the last few months, X is moving forward with its job listings tool for paying subscribers.
Job listings are now in beta and any Verified Organisation with a gold checkmark can now add open roles to their X profile.
Listings for open roles will appear on your profile below your bio. Users can see all vacancies by clicking the ‘view more jobs’ prompt.
Candidates will also be able to apply via a third party by clicking on specific jobs.
Should I apply for this feature?
You’ll need to be signed up for Verification for Organisations to list job roles, which comes at a monthly subscription cost.
If you want to list them right now while the feature’s still in beta, you’ll also need to apply to join the X Hiring beta program and be accepted by X to take part.
If this feature is worth the price tag – i.e. your most active and engaged channel is Twitter – then go for it. Otherwise, there’s no shortage of other job platforms out there.
