Launching Lamb Weston the social-first way

No legacy, no limits: Creating Lamb Weston’s social identity from the ground up.

The brief

Lamb Weston came to us with a clear challenge to lead the brand’s launch in the UK after strong international success. Beyond scroll-stopping social content, they needed a partner who could define their full social strategy from the ground up and help them enter a competitive market with clarity and confidence.

Our solution

We built a complete strategic foundation across audit, category insights, audience understanding and platform behaviour, then shaped a social first identity that introduced Lamb Weston to UK consumers and later scaled into the EU.

From there, we shaped a social-first identity designed to cut through. One that felt distinctive, confident and rooted in how people actually engage with food content today. That meant creating a tone of voice people would recognise and resonate with, alongside clear visual and creative principles that could span multiple formats, platforms and markets.

We built a framework that connected organic, paid, and creator activity into one joined-up ecosystem. Influencers and creators weren’t an add-on; they were central to how the brand showed up, helping Lamb Weston earn attention, not just buy it. Paid media worked harder by amplifying what was already resonating, and content was designed to be both scalable and culturally relevant from day one.

Crucially, this approach didn’t stop in the UK. The same strategic foundations allowed us to scale seamlessly into the EU, adapting to local nuances while keeping the brand consistent and recognisable across markets.
